Our client :
Our client is a pure B-to-B international player dealing with fund managers and institutional fund distributors, such as private banks and life insurance companies. They have been growing the fund distribution business since 2005.
They are committed to support local and international fund managers & fund distributors in growing their business. They have been in Switzerland since 2009 and in Singapore since January 2017.
Your role :
Under the responsibility of their Head of Relationship Department, you will join their senior team and be responsible for maintaining the commercial relationship with their partner asset managers and distributors throughout the missions below.
Ensure the maintenance, development and follow-up of the commercial relationship with distributors and fund promoters, in collaboration with the relevant teams within the company.
Develop, lead, execute negotiation strategies, and close deals with asset managers. Grow revenues by negotiating and improving business terms with the asset managers. Provide commercial support for the department (monitoring customers and promoters) and organize the processes and activity reporting.
Work directly for the successful integration of new distributors in our client’s environment.
Manage and/or participate to strategic projects, incl. establishing and maintaining measurable performance metrics for all levels of activities with asset managers and distributors.
Your technical skills :
Relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree.
10 years of experience in a similar commercial role completed with a good understanding of B-to-B fund services.
Excellent knowledge of the whole value chain of the fund distribution industry, including operational & legal matters.
Fluent in English (oral and written), French, Italian, German and any other language would be beneficial.
Good command of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
