Our client is a prestigious Private banking Player, their looking to recruit their Head of Production for Luxembourg and branches.
The jobholder is responsible for the provisioning of all production related services provided by IT and the governance of IT Outsourcings for insourced and outsourced services. Production services are provided to stakeholders within our client branches as well as towards various stakeholders of legal entities domiciled in Luxembourg, its branches in Austria, France, Nederland’s, Portugal and Ireland as well the insourcing of services provided from our client Fund Services and its associated Management Companies, Multiconcept Fund Management.
1- Service Level Management
Supervision of all IT In- and Outsourcings.
Acting as Service Level Manager for all in- and outsourced services with the following tasks.
Ensure, that all intragroup SLA's are updated, and fully compliant with Group policies / local regulations.
Update the overall overview of all IT In / Outsourcings.
Define and maintain control matrix / control plan for all concerned Legal Entities in relation to in- and outsourced services.
2- Process Owner of the Incident and Change Management process
Ensure consistent and proper handling of incidents and Changes.
First escalation point of the incident and Change management process.
Be the main contact on incident and Change process questions.
For all technical releases, release information must be collected from Suppliers / IT Provider and forwarded to local users.
3- Continuous improvement of services and service processes
Ensure that all identified weaknesses withing the local application landscape / outsourced applications / production environment are systematically described and escalated to the application provider when necessary.
Ensure process alignment to standard Processes and Policies.
Define and ensure the implementation of the Local HUB Readiness, and contignius process improvements to support the HUB Readiness.
Ensure that efficiency gains are identified and implemented in a sustainable manner.
4- Management activities
As accountable for Luxembourg Production, to facilitate the execution and monitoring of daily batch and provision of the daily production deliveries.
Team lead activities for the joined "User Service Team" comprising of PTG and Service Level Management staff.
Administrative tasks in relation to people management, and coaching of staff.
Planning and coordination of tasks and team activities.
Your technical skills:
In depth knowhow of ITIL and local regulatory environment Management of at least 5-8 years.
Good knowhow on the group's IT processes and good network into global IT community of the group.
Solid track record: At least 5 years of experience within similar IT functions within the Financial Industry.
Track record of proven experience with team lead or line management.
Excellent knowhow of local IT landscape and in/outsourced systems and service setups.
Good ability to work independent and to handle many stakeholders simultaneously.
Fluent in English, German.
Very good communication skills.
Good skills to structure and organize.
