Our client is the corporate services department of a prestigious law firm operating in nine juridictions and offering legals and corporates advices and services.
Working closely with the team leader, you will oversee a team of administrators delivering a range of corporate administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and entities, managing the more complex requirements of a large clients' affairs, working closely with the director and other managers in the team to maintain and grow client relationships.
Additional responsibilities include:
Managing a portfolio of clients composed by Luxembourg investment vehicles including real estate and private equity SPVs, Securitization Vehicles, Intellectual Properties vehicles and Holding companies
Working as part of a team to achieve and meet client needs
Drafting and management of corporate documents, correspondence and administrative forms as well as proofreading documents and contracts
Liaising with clients and third parties
Setting up and maintaining databases, listings and document filing structures
Sharing your experience acquired in the past as well as excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong personal character to help your team perform and grow
Acting as a central point of contact for your clients, identifying and anticipating possible problem areas, accurately measuring potential risks, and offering suitable solutions to the client, satisfying their overall needs
Financial monitoring of the client portfolio, including client invoicing and settlement
The successful candidate will also pro-actively take on and support additional responsibilities and administration tasks as required by the manager and clients.
Highly motivated and ambitious individual with an excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong personal character to help the team to perform and grow
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and ideally hold a master's degree in Law, Accounting and Finance or Economics.
Strong English skills are essential (verbal and written) and knowledge of French and/or German is beneficial.
